Coaches Deepak and Bala talk about mastering a very important skill for all endurance runners: CONTROL. Controlling the release of energy is all that matters as we ramp of distance.

 

Good control in runs come in 4 stages:

  • First mile control,
  • First half control,
  • Progressive mile control
  • Stacked progressive control
