Coaches Bala and Sujaa discuss the why, the what and how of an important running type - Stride runs.
Stride runs are essentially strength runs that increases your strength to do a better base pace run. There is an up and a down portion of a stride run.
Comes in various forms and shapes: Time strides, Fartleks, Hill intervals, Long and Short interval to name a few
