I know many of you got into running for weight loss. This is also a vital topic for all those who are focussed on staying health. A good body weight breeds great health, confidence and what not!.. In this regard couple of seasons ago I had a very good chat with a good friend of mine who went through this journey himself from a morbidly obese person to someone flaunting a six pack now!
